Our general scope of commercial services includes the following.
- Collect rents and other monies in accordance with terms of lease.

- Expose to market and lease premises on terms satisfactory to the owner.
- Negotiate lease renewals.
- 24 hour, 365 day on-call maintenance service for emergency repairs to give you and your tenants peace of mind.
- Supervise repairs and maintenance of property.
- Engage, discharge, supervise and effect payment of employees, agents and contractors as necessary.
- Prepare and deliver to the owner timely and accurate financial statements in respect of the property.
- Prepare annual budgets and capital expenditure reports.
- Remit to the owner within an accepted period, the revenue for the month less fees, expenses and a reasonable reserve.
- Obtain quotes for and manage major system and/or structural upgrade projects for a reasonable fee.
- Coordinate appropriate insurance coverage for the property.
